What happens if you are Carlisle United supporter, but are living in exile way down in London. How can you keep up with the fortunes of your favourite football team? Carlton ITV certainly arent going to have many match reports on your team are they - you need your local ITV region sport programmes.

Well when you get homesick for the fells of the north west, put ITV Border onto your Digibox!

As long as you have a "FTV  card" (or a Sky subscription card) you can add any or all the ITV regions onto your Sky box.

If you dont know how to use the "Add Channels" function read this page.

Please note - I have had info from Ireland that tells me that this adding process for the ftv itv channels does not work if you have an Irish Sky subscription.

During September 2004, ITV contracted with SES - Astra for two more transponders. This will allow more of the ITV sub regions to be added, and to expand the interactive services. Transponder details will be added to this page once frequency information is available.
