Open Keyboards - setting them up to operate your tv.
This information is ONLY applicable to Sky Digiboxes.
Your Open keypad not only operates your Digibox. It can be made to operate some of the simpler control on your tv as well.
You need to follow these instructions:
1 Turn on your tv.
2 Press TV/SAT on your keypad to put it into tv mode.
3 Hold down the SELECT and RED buttons for about 2 seconds. (the LED at the top of the box will blink several times).
4 Press TV/SAT again.
5 Enter the 4 digit code which relates to your brand of tv, according to the list below.
6 Press the ON/OFF button.
7 If the tv switches off, press SELECT. This sets the code for your tv.
8 If the tv didnt switch off, press TV/SAT , then press the ON/OFF key. Repeat step 8 until your tv turns off, then press SELECT.
9 Turn your tv back on again, then press the TV GUIDE key. If you see the "TV Guide" screen, your keypad is now set up.
If you don't see the "TV Guide" screen, you must now complete the following steps:
1 Press the TV/SAT key.
2 Hold down the SELECT and GREEN buttons together for about 2 seconds.
3 Key in the number of the channel on your tv that you use for watching satellite tv.
4 Press SELECT.
You will now be able to use your keypad to operate your tv.

These are all the codes I have, so if they dont work, or your tv isnt listed, I'm afraid you are out of luck.
When you change the batteries in your Keypad, you have about 10 minutes before the settings for your tv are lost.
