TVN Turbo off air identification card.
TVN Turbo is a fairly new channel operating off 13E. It carries Polish language motoring programmes. This card runs whilst they are off air overnight.
The card is animated - the "gears" on the left hand side rotate, and the grey "swirls" in the middle move too.
